  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the date the order is placed.
  • Sales & Promotions: During peak periods, including sales and promotional events, order processing may take up to 14 business days.
  • Payment Confirmation: Orders will be shipped only after full payment is received and cleared.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Carrier: All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx and include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.
  • Delivery Window: Standard delivery is typically 2–3 business days after the processing period.
  • PO Box Addresses:
    • Shipments to PO Boxes are sent via USPS.
    • Overnight shipping to a PO Box is not guaranteed for next-day delivery and may take up to 2 business days.
  • Friday Shipments: Orders shipped via overnight service on Fridays will arrive the following Monday (no Saturday delivery).


🌍 International Shipping

  • Carrier: All international orders are shipped via FedEx International.
  • Delivery Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for international deliveries, depending on the destination.
  • Customs & Duties:
    • International shipping rates do not include taxes, customs duties, or tariffs imposed by your home country.
    • The buyer is solely responsible for these additional fees, which may be collected upon delivery.

⚠️ Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs clearance issues
  • Other events beyond our control

No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be honored due to these delays.


πŸ“¬ Undeliverable, Lost, or Return-to-Sender Packages

Packages returned to us due to undeliverable addresses are subject to the following terms:

Common Reasons for Return:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment or unit number)
  • Misspelled or invalid address
  • Addressee not available or refusal to accept delivery
  • Unsafe delivery conditions or location
  • Customer has moved without updating the address

What Happens Next:

  • All undeliverable packages will be restocked.
  • A store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued, minus:
    • The original shipping fee
    • A $35 restocking fee

🚫 We do not offer re-shipments for return-to-sender packages.

If you wish to reorder, please use your store credit to place a new order with the corrected information. Please note:

  • Product availability is not guaranteed at the time of reorder.
  • Prices are subject to change and may differ from your original order.

❌ Lost or Misdelivered Packages

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received
  • Packages stolen or misplaced after delivery

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive and sign for your order.
