At BEYOND Pretty Hair Inc. | sugaPLUM ESSENTIALS, we are committed to providing premium, hygienic, and highly demanded beauty and wellness products. Due to the nature of our offerings—including hair extensions and essential oils—all sales are subject to strict terms and conditions to protect product integrity and prevent fraudulent claims.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing a purchase on our website or through authorized channels, you agree to these terms.
- Order processing begins immediately after submission.
- No changes to items, shipping addresses, order cancellations, or refund requests can be honored after an order is placed.
- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Eligibility for Store Credit
In limited cases, store credit may be issued for eligible returns under the following conditions:
- Return Request Deadline: Submit return requests within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition of Item: Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in original, resellable condition, including all tags and packaging intact.
- Items that have been combed, brushed, dyed, washed, worn, plucked, bleached, cut, or chemically altered in any way are not eligible for return or credit.
- Lace Products Exclusion: Due to their fragile nature, lace-based products (including full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals) are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.

- Order Number & Original Receipt
- Reason for Return
We strongly recommend using a traceable, insured postal service with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Fees & Shipping
- All return shipments will incur a flat $35 restocking fee.
- Return shipping fees are the customer's sole responsibility.
- Original shipping charges and Route Package Protection fees are non-refundable.
- Once a store credit or gift card is issued, it cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Return-to-Sender & Missed Deliveries
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If delivery is missed after 1–3 attempts and the package is returned to our facility:
- A $35 restocking fee will be assessed.
- Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been inspected.
Product Concerns & Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe your item is defective or not as described:
- Contact support@beyondprettyhair.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item.
- Do not alter the product in any way before inspection, as this voids eligibility for resolution.
- If our Quality Assurance team verifies a defect, a fair resolution will be offered.
If the product is found to be free from defect, the item will be returned to you at no additional charge, and no credit or replacement will be issued.
Installation & Salon Liability
BEYOND Pretty Hair Inc. | sugaPLUM ESSENTIALS is not responsible for:
- Salon appointment cancellations or rescheduling due to shipping delays or incorrect orders.
- Any fees or damages related to hair installation, removal, takedown, or reinstallation.
- Damage caused by improper handling or use, including bleaching, dyeing, cutting, or applying non-recommended products.
Please inspect your items before any installation or alteration.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- BEYOND Pretty Hair Inc. | sugaPLUM ESSENTIALS shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific product or service purchased.
- We make no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated herein.
